How to Email Everyone in Your Pool
As the pool admin, you have two options for accessing the email addresses of your pool participants. The same options apply to accessing email addresses from previously completed pools. This may come in handy if you'd like to communicate any special information to all or some of your pool participants.

OPTION 1: Email ALL of your pool participants (COPY & PASTE METHOD)
OPTION 2: EMAIL SOME of your pool participants (EXPORTING TEAMS & EMAIL METHOD)
OPTION 1: Email ALL of your pool participants (COPY & PASTE METHOD)
This is the easiest and most commonly used method for admins looking to send emails to all of their pool participants.
- Log in to your Easy Office Pools Admin Dashboard
- Click the ADMIN button for the desired pool
- Click "ENTRIES" or Scroll Down to ENTRIES Section
- Click the "EMAIL" button
- Select your preferred separator: Comma or Semicolon
- Click on Copy all email addresses
- Paste the email addresses in your preferred email service provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc...)
- Compose your message and send the email to all of your pool participants.
- SUCCESS!
OPTION 2: EXPORTING TEAMS & EMAIL METHOD
This method will allow you to export all of the team and email addresses for your pool participants. You can sort and organize them as needed, create a list of emails you'd like to send your message to, and send them your message.
- Log in to your Easy Office Pools Admin Dashboard
- Click the ADMIN button for the desired pool
- Click "ENTRIES" or Scroll Down to ENTRIES Section
- Click the "Export" button.
- Select the "Export Teams & Emails" option.
- Visit your computer Downloads to find a CSV file with all of your team participants and their email addresses.
- Create a list of the emails to which you'd like to send a message.
- Copy & Paste the emails into your preferred email service provider.
