Admin Marks Entries To Admit Explained

As the pool admin, you have two options for handling how entries appear on your pool leaderboard.


If you choose the "Admin marks entries to admit" option, you'll have to click the Admit button next to each entries name on your pool admin screen in order for them to appear on your leaderboard.


If you just want everyone to be automatically admitted, you can click the "Entries are automatically admitted" button in the ENTRIES section of your pool admin page.

Admission Options Explained


Option #1 (Default Option) - Entries are automatically admitted

With the default option, there is no action required by the pool admin in order for each submitted entry to appear on the pool leaderboard.


Option #2 - Admin Marks Entries to Admit

With this option the pool admin must mark each entry as "Admitted" in order for them to appear on your leaderboard. This is kind of like waiting in the lobby of an online meeting before the meeting organizer lets you in.


How to Change Admit Options - Step by Step

Only the pool admin can change this setting


  1. Login
  2. Click the Admin button next to your pool
  3. Scroll down to the ENTRIES section of your pool admin page
  4. Click the button for either of the admin options
  5. If you chose "Admin marks entries to admit"
    1. Click the admit button next to each entry you want to allow onto your pool leaderboard
    2. All entries that do NOT have the green button marked next to their name are omitted from your pool leaderboard
  6. Go to your pool leaderboard and verify your selections
