Scores Used Setting Explained

You can optionally choose to use the scores from the best golfers on each team. For example, only take the best 4 scores out of the 6 golfers picked (this is the setting used for the default, most popular 6 tier setup). This can help reduce the impact of golfers that miss the cut or have a bad day.

Example

In the leaderboard screenshot below, you see only the best 4 golfers from each team count towards the overall score. For Cole's team, Tiger Woods and Chez Reavie scores are dropped because they are the worst two from the team. So Cole's overall team total is -36 (-14, -9, -7, -6 combined).

How To Change Scores Used Setting

If you want to change your pool's scores used setting, follow these steps:

1. Login
2. Click on the Admin button next to your pool
3. Scroll to the SCORING section
4. Change the Scores Used dropdown to be the number of scores you want to keep
5. Click the green Save button
