Multiple Entry FAQ's

Can I have two teams in a pool?

Yes. All pools will accept multiple entries per email. The only requirement is that a Unique Team Name must be used for each entry.

How do I add additional teams?

Additional teams may be added by using the Join Link or the Join Code supplied by the pool administrator. You may use the same email address for additional teams but will be required to create a unique Team Name for each entry.

The same join link or code should be used for multiple entries. To add additional entries, use the same method you used for your first entry (Link or Code), give the new entry a unique Team Name, and submit.

Can I use the same email address for multiple entries?

Can the Pool Administrator limit the number of entries per person?

No. All pools will accept multiple entries per email. The only requirement is that a Unique Team Name must be used for each entry.

I accidentally added a second entry. How do I delete it?

The pool admin is the only person with the ability to delete a team. The pool admin has the ability to delete teams before and after the start of a tournament.

Where do I find the Join Code or Join Link?

All join codes, or links must be provided by the Pool Administrator.

I can't find the Join Link or Join Code. What should I do?

Both the Join Link and Join Code must be supplied by the Pool Administrator. Easy Office Pools will not supply these links. To receive the link or code, please send your request directly to the pool administrator.
